Robert S. Wilutis MS, OTR, CHT

Robert Wilutis was born and raised on Long Island. He graduated from Shoreham Wading River High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College in Rhode Island.  He earned his Masters degree from the School of Occupational and Physical Therapy at Columbia University and furthered his training at the hand therapy department of Mount Sinai / New York University Hospital.  He completed his training and became licensed as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2000 and established his practice, Robert Wilutis Occupational & Physical Therapy, PLLC.  Fifteen years later, Robert Wilutis Occupational & Physcial Therpayy, PLLC is the premiere hand therapy practice on Long Island, with four locations throughout Suffolk County, and employing the most highly skilled and certified professionals in the industry.  


Robert Klare MS, PT, CHT

Robert, a Shoreham-Wading River native, graduated from Boston University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree.  In 2004, he was awarded a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from Boston University and began his professional career in physical therapy, specializing in sports related injuries.  He joined the team of Robert Wilutis Occupational and Physical Therapy in 2006 and began his formal training in hand therapy.  In 2010, he completed his certification and became licensed as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).


Laura A. Raymond MS, CHT

Laura Raymond received a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Long Island University in 1993.  Upon graduating she began her career at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.  In 1999 she completed her certification and became licensed as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).  In 2004, Laura relocated to the East End and joined the team of Robert Wilutis Occupational and Physical Therapy.


Evan M. Ludin, OTR, CHT

Evan is a highly skilled and experienced therapist who graduated from Touro College with a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Occupational Therapy in 1998, with honors.  During his third year of graduate school, he chose to specialize in Hand Rehabilitation with an emphasis on complex upper extremity trauma, static & dynamic splinting and post-operative care of the upper extremity below the level of the shoulder.  Evan has spent the past 15 years at Stony Brook University Medical Center where he currently is the Supervisor of the Hand Therapy Department.  As a specialist in rehabilitation, wound care and splint fabrication.  Evan has also served the past 3.5 years as a professor to the Graduate Occupational Therapy Program where he teaches the Hand Therapy Specialty Course.


Jessica Wesley MS, PT

Jessica Wesley graduated from University of Delaware, Magna Cum Laude, in 2000 receiving a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science.  In 2003 she completed her graduate studies at University of Delaware and earned her Masters degree in Physical Therapy. Jessica has extensive work experience in orthopedic and sports related physical therapy, and is currently completing her certification in hand therapy. 


John Gianfortone, OTR, CHT

John has over 25 years of patient care experience.  John earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy at Stony Brook University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. John developed his rehabilitation skills working at Southside Hospital in Bay Shore, after which he began his training and certification in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation while working in a private practice.  In 2006 John completed his certification and became licensed as Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).
